Invasive EIFS/ Stucco Inspection

Invasive EIFS Inspection refers to probing most penetrations of the home for actual moisture content.

We use a Delmhorst pin type moisture meter to make holes that are 1/16th of an inch and caulk them with color matching caulk. This is a more definitive moisture reading. The structural resistance testing may be used during an invasive inspection to assess the structural integrity of the substrate.

Invasive testing involves all installation defects, system description, thermal imaging, and use of non invasive moisture meters.

The price for invasive testing ranges based on the size and complexity of the structure. Please call for your quote today.
